Important — Please Read Before Signing Up

By joining the EBL substitute player pool, you are committing to being available for any team that requires a substitute player — not a specific team or friend group of your choosing.

How it works: Subs are filled on a first come, first served basis. When a team needs a substitute, a request goes out to the pool — whoever responds and confirms first gets the spot.

You must download the EBL app to receive sub request notifications. Requests are sent through the app, so if it's not installed you won't be notified when a team needs a sub.

Please only confirm if you can actually make the game. Repeatedly confirming spots and then backing out is unfair to teams and to other subs in the pool, and may result in removal. The EBL reserves the right to remove any substitute at any time for conduct deemed unfair or inconsistent with the spirit of the league.

You acknowledge that baseball involves inherent risks (including injury or property damage) and you agree to participate at your own risk. You release and hold harmless the league, organizers, volunteers, and facilities from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

If you are injured or become ill, you authorize league representatives to seek medical assistance on your behalf if needed. You understand you are responsible for your own medical coverage and any related costs.
